Interline HORIZON 7 is WiFI omnidirectional antenna designed for the 2.4 - 2.5 GHz frequency band and supports all common WiFi standards (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n). The antenna has a gain of 7dBi and a built-in bandpass filter. This limits interference from other transmitters working in neighboring radio bands, and in particular the GSM / 3G / 4G / LTE system, which transmits with high output powers. All frequencies outside of the antenna work band are shorted to ground.
The HORIZON series antennas are one of the most famous omnidirectional WiFI antennas available on the market. Carefully constructed, small, perfectly suited for base stations of medium-range WiFi stations using a single access point. In locations where there is a large number of other networks, particular attention should be on the selection of the proper range for the cells and antennas should not have too big gain, because the access points connected to them are likely to receive unwanted signals coming to them from distant networks.
The enclosure of the HOTIZON 7 WiFi omni antenna is made of heavy fiberglass. The robust, light weight and UV resistant construction is weatherproof (IP64 rating) which makes the antanna usable for in- and outdoor appliances.
The antenna is designed for mast/pole or wall handle installation. A mounting kit (angle bracket and u-clamp for 30-50mm diameter handles) is included.
Our tip: You get the highest range and the best performance if you have a free line of sight between the base-station antenna and the client antenna.
