This dual-band Wi-Fi omnidirectional antenna is designed for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz to 7.1 GHz Wi-Fi frequency bands, supporting all common Wi-Fi standards within this frequency range (IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) including the new WiFi 6E standard. The antenna has a gain of 3dBi in the 2.4GHz band and 4dBi in the 5-7.1 GHz band, making it suitable for Wi-Fi networks and connections over short distances.
Due to the slightly directional radiation pattern of this Wi-Fi antenna, the Wi-Fi signal is uniformly radiated with a 360° spread on the horizontal plane. On the vertical plane, the Wi-Fi signal is radiated with an opening angle of 50°.
This Wi-Fi omnidirectional antenna features an RP-SMA connector with a hinge joint (refer to product images) and is intended for direct attachment to Wi-Fi devices or, for example, a magnetic base. The prerequisite is, of course, an external antenna connection in RP-SMA format:
