Transmission power:
According to the regulations in force in Germany, the radiated power (EIRP) of a WiFi device must not exceed 20 dBm or 100 mW. The customer affirms that he is familiar with the data protection, civil and criminal law provisions for the use of the technology acquired from us and that he has taken appropriate precautions to comply with these provisions. Please observe the Telecommunications Act (TKG and FTEG) in your respective country. Possession and acquisition of the devices is permitted. By purchasing this item, you expressly agree not to violate applicable law.
RoHS Directive:
The EU Directive 2002/95 / EC (RoHS), which came into force on July 1, 2006, for the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, prohibits the placing on the market of products that contain the four metals lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium as well as the two flame retardants polybrominated biphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether.
Of course, we also adhere to this guideline and therefore only sell products that meet this guideline.
Battery regulation:
In connection with the sale of devices that contain batteries or accumulators, we are obliged to inform you of the following in accordance with the Battery Ordinance:
Batteries may not be disposed with household waste. As the end user, you are legally obliged to dispose of used batteries properly. You can return batteries free of charge after use at the point of sale where you purchased them, in municipal collection points, in stores or by post (with sufficient postage) to the point of sale.
Batteries or rechargeable batteries that contain pollutants are marked with this or a similar symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin: The chemical designation of the pollutant is below the wheeled bin symbol - in the example above, "Cd" f cadmium. "Pb" stands for lead, "Hg" stands for mercury. You will also find this information in the documents accompanying the consignment or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
Packaging Ordinance:
In accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to take back packaging of our products that do not bear the symbol of a system of comprehensive disposal (such as the green dot of the Duales System Deutschland AG or the ESY symbol) and to ensure that it is reused or disposed of. For further clarification on the return of such products, please contact us by e-mail: info@wifi-shop24.com
We will then name a communal collection point or a disposal company in your area that will receive the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, you can send the packaging to us:
